ABOUT CRAFT COFFEE HOUSE

Craft Coffee House, established in 2018 in the Town of Pendleton, is more than just a coffee shop. We offer an elevated breakfast and lunch menu, with food an beverages consciously crafted using quality ingredients. Whenever possible, we partner with local food and beverage providers. Our specialty-grade coffee, roasted on site, is traceable to the processor, ensuring every cup meets our high standards.

ABOUT THE OWNERS

Owners Katie and Nick Graves, United States Air Force Veterans, believe in the power of food as love. Their goal was to create a family-fiendly community gathering spot centered around this idea. The greatest joy of being owners has been building relationships with incredible people—partners, clients, and team members.

Our journey has seen us evolve from purchasing coffee from a wholesaler to becoming a coffee wholesaler ourselves, from offering simple paninis to elevated brunch with many made-from-scratch items, and from transforming an old bar into a modern restaurant for families. Our loyal clients have cheered us on every step of the way as we’ve grown from a coffee shop to a full-fledged restaurant. It’s been a beautiful and fulfilling journey!
